Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Montana-licensed LCSW to provide remote mental health services in a full-time telehealth role. You will work with clients who need professional support for emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, stress, trauma, life transitions, and other issues that affect day-to-day functioning. Through assessment, therapy, and treatment planning, you will help clients create practical steps toward healthier routines, better coping skills, and stronger overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Assess client history, symptoms, support systems, and treatment goals
• Develop treatment plans and update them as care progresses
• Support clients with mental health concerns and daily life stressors
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain privacy, ethical standards, and professional boundaries

Requirements:
• Active Montana LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
