Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker plays an important role in helping clients manage mental health concerns that affect their relationships, work, family life, and daily routines. In this remote position, you will provide therapy, complete assessments, and guide clients through personalized treatment plans. Your goal is to help each client gain clarity, build useful coping tools, and take steady steps toward improved emotional and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients located in Montana
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
• Build treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and life adjustment concerns
• Update care plans as client needs change
• Maintain complete and timely documentation

Requirements:
• Active Montana LCSW license required
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
