Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

This position supports individuals navigating mental health challenges through evidence-based therapy within a community clinic environment. You’ll play a key role in improving access to care while maintaining a manageable and predictable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy services
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
• Coordinate care with internal and external service providers
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical discussions

Requirements:
• Active California LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in community health or outpatient settings
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
