Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an LCPC to join a telehealth team focused on accessible, high-quality mental health care. This position involves meeting with clients virtually, identifying treatment needs, guiding therapeutic progress, and documenting care clearly and accurately. The work is direct, client-focused, and centered on helping people navigate challenges with the support of a licensed professional who can provide both structure and clinical insight.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions with assigned clients
• Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
• Establish clinical goals and build treatment plans around those goals
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates in a timely manner
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on client presentation and needs
• Respond to client concerns with sound clinical judgment
Requirements:
• Active LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
• Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
