Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This full-time telehealth opportunity is for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who wants to provide steady, client-focused care in a remote setting. You will work directly with clients through online sessions, help them address mental health concerns, document progress, and support long-term treatment goals. The role is centered on practical clinical care, strong communication, and reliable follow-through.
Responsibilities
• Provide remote counseling services to adults, teens, or other assigned populations
• Complete intake assessments and establish treatment direction
• Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation
• Track client improvement and update plans of care
• Offer support for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and related concerns
• Identify safety risks and respond using proper clinical protocols
Requirements:
• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
