Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Montana

About the Role

This position is built for clinicians who want predictable schedules and focused client work. You’ll provide ongoing therapy to a consistent caseload while working remotely through a secure telehealth platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
• Track progress and update clinical records accurately
• Apply evidence-based counseling techniques
• Follow state and organizational clinical standards

Requirements:
• Active Montana LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working full-time in a remote setting
