Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Nevada
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote counseling services to clients in Nevada. The daily work centers on helping clients understand their challenges, build coping strategies, and make steady progress toward their goals. This role is a good fit for a licensed clinician who values a clear schedule, organized clinical work, and the ability to support clients without the demands of an in-office setting.
Responsibilities
• Provide virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
• Build treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
• Support clients using appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Track progress and update care plans as treatment continues
• Maintain accurate records in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Active Nevada LCPC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
