Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide telehealth counseling services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will meet with individuals through secure virtual platforms, assess mental health needs, create treatment plans, and support clients through consistent, goal-focused therapy. This position is ideal for someone who values structured clinical work, steady hours, and the ability to make an impact through remote care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when needed
• Use evidence-based counseling approaches based on client needs
• Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when appropriate
• Coordinate care with other providers when needed

Requirements:
• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
