Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
A full-time opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who wants to provide accessible mental health care through telehealth. This role centers on meeting with clients remotely, helping them work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns, and guiding them with clear treatment goals and consistent follow-up. The day-to-day work includes direct counseling, progress tracking, documentation, and clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients across Maryland
• Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
• Create, update, and maintain clinical records
• Provide ongoing counseling for a range of mental health concerns
• Review progress and make treatment adjustments as needed
• Respond appropriately to urgent or high-risk situations
Requirements:
• Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
