Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
This full-time telehealth position is for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who will provide structured mental health care to individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns. The role includes conducting assessments, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and helping clients build practical skills for long-term wellness.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients
• Assess client concerns and identify appropriate treatment goals
• Develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs
• Provide counseling support using evidence-based approaches
• Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates
• Maintain confidentiality and meet state licensing requirements
Requirements:
• Active North Carolina LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using virtual care platforms and electronic health records
