We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to join our dedicated team.
The Clinical Manager will provide overall contract management support to OHP/ICTS and/or DHS contracts and clinical services to clients. Areas of responsibilities include liaison with contractor, budget development and monitoring, continuous quality and risk management, clinical and administrative supervision of service providers
Qualified applicants will demonstrate knowledge of child welfare services and systems and be able to work within that structure. Adult experience that includes work with adults who have severe and persistent mental illness is preferred
Clinical Manager will also have knowledge in the areas of teaching, child development, child and family mental health, social learning theory, behavior management skills, and power and control dynamics. Experience must include work with high-risk families, preferably using change-based family preservation models.
A Master’s or Doctorate in counseling, social work, or related field is required. You must qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and pass a DHS criminal background check, which may include fingerprinting. Licensure in the respective field is also required
