[LI] Procurement Lead

What you will do:

Develop procurement strategies through spend analysis to optimize cost, efficiency, and value creation.

Build procurement initiative pipeline aligned with assigned commodity categories.

Oversee procurement transaction within assigned commodity and initiate improvements to eliminate redundancy and inefficiency.

Drive and achieve agreed cost-saving targets.

Develop team capabilities and competencies to support current and future procurement activities.

Manage the Source-to-Pay process and ensure alignment with the organization SLAs.

Ensure proper and timely procurement documentation as per internal procurement policies and procedures.

Build relationship with business users to ensure early procurement involvement

What you will need:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

Minimum 8 years experience in procurement roles.

Proven exposure to relevant commodity sourcing activities is a must.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving..

Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Experience working in a technology-driven environment is preferred.
