The Enterprise Project Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and completion of enterprise-level projects. This role requires a seasoned project management professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time based on the agreed scope of work.

Ensure enterprise-level projects align with organizational goals, strategies, and company KPIs.

Monitor company KPIs closely, promptly escalating potential issues that could hinder target achievement.

Work closely with key stakeholders to track company KPIs, identifying root causes and devising solutions as needed.

Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders in planning, executing, and delivering enterprise-level projects.

Diligently track project progress and milestones to ensure timely delivery and goal adherence.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, serving as a channel for team issues to reach management.

Provide periodic reports on company KPIs and enterprise project portfolios to executives.

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Constantly review and refine existing processes and procedures to promote more effective collaboration.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
