MISSION
As a Leveraged Finance Off‑Cycle Trainee, you will support the origination and execution of high‑yield bond and term‑loan transactions, work on pitch processes, and conduct credit and financial analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, gaining hands‑on experience in landmark leveraged finance deals and building a foundation for a future analyst role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work on pitch processes alongside M&A, ECM, Syndicate and Coverage teams.
Interact with debt issuers, private‑equity sponsors and internal stakeholders.
Build cash‑flow projection models and conduct detailed financial‑statement analysis.
Prepare credit memos, capital‑markets presentations and due‑diligence reports.
Ensure timely completion of regulatory and compliance training.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

A degree from a top university with an excellent academic record.
Prior experience in investment banking, debt products, M&A, ECM, consulting, private‑debt/equity or similar.
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; additional EU language a plus.
Strong analytical and credit‑risk analysis capabilities.
Excellent communication, teamwork and a proactive learning attitude.
Ability to manage multiple transactions under pressure.
