Responsibilities:

Administering medications

Obtaining vital signs

Charting

Engaging with residents

Communicating with staff

Keeping a resident-centered approach

Monitoring and reporting changes in condition

Assisting with ADLs

Answering call lights

Assisting with meal passes

Light housekeeping when needed
