We need a person to create cool levels for upcoming casual-core 3D game title based on Unity engine. Our hero will brilliantly balance game levels, will make them fun to play, interesting to explore and challenging to master. The game is a casual-core runner / platformer.

The area of knowledge is the intersection of Unity 3D Level Design and classic Game Design, with some emphasis on pacing, guiding and visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• Capability to create 3D levels in Unity;
• You know how reach perfection between ‘too easy’ and ‘too hard’ for a player;
• You are capable to planify, create and iterate gameplay sequences and situations on your levels;
• You can tell stories without a single string of text;
• You know how to make simple things to look interesting;
• You know how to do listed above for 10..20..50… times;
• You follow your intuition but trust only in stats;
• You are possessed with order and structure of your data and tools;
• Limitations are not your enemies; they are interesting challenges instead;
• You are a passionate gamer.

Would be considered a plus:

• You are a breathtaking one man-orchestra :)
• Game Design and\or Level Design practical experience on a shipped titles;
• Programming, scripting, 3D/2D assets creation experience, architecture, narrative writing or cinematic directorship background;
• Content management background.

Responsibilities:

• Became an active actor of an ambitious flexible multi-cultural dev team;
• Be an owner of level creation process on both low level execution and high level planification;
• Create amazing and interesting levels according to game fabula, learning & difficulty curves and overall development strategy;
• Cover all aspects of level design including balancing, user experience, visual aspects of levels, narrative etc.
• Analyze gameplay, follow stats and iterate to reach perfection on any level.
