Level Artist (World of Tanks: HEAT)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Level Artist to join our team and contribute to the development of WoT: HEAT. In this role, you will craft high-quality 3D assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of this groundbreaking game.

Reports to

Art Manager

What will you do?

• Create high-quality 3D assets according to concepts & references and based on art direction expectations (e.g. props, buildings)

• Collaborate with the Art Leads, designers, programmers on object specifications and deliveries

• Optimize models, consolidate textures, and manage assets.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of relevant experience in game development.

• Skilled in industry-standard software, including Unreal Engine, Unity, 3ds Max, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and ZBrush.

• A keen eye for detail, natural creative flair, and a strong understanding of composition and color theory.

• Strong self-learning ability to master and apply new technologies, software, and engines in your work.

• Ability to communicate efficiently, handle feedback positively.

• Ability to accurately estimate and plan tasks to maintain an optimal production pipeline and consistently meet deadlines.

• Experience in the full development cycle of a game.
