Job Description
We’re looking for a Level 3 IT Support Technician to join our fast-growing team. This is a senior technical position where you’ll handle complex escalations, drive system improvements, and contribute to project delivery. You’ll also mentor junior team members and play a key role in shaping how we deliver top-tier support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve advanced tickets escalated from Level 2 support.
• Provide expert support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint.
• Deploy and manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and advanced networking setups.
• Use automation tools such as PowerShell, RMM, and scripting to streamline processes.
• Support phone systems (e.g., 3CX or similar).
• Maintain and improve documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist with project delivery and collaborate with the projects team.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years’ experience in an MSP or similar Level 2/3 support role.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Cloud technologies, networking, and server administration.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines.
• Microsoft certifications or an IT degree (completed within the last 5 years).
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with Veeam, UniFi/UISP, and ConnectWise Manage/Automate.
• Familiarity with Group Policy and AD environments.
• Passion for automation and documentation.
