The position is the iNovah Level 2 Technical Analyst position for the NC Department of Transportation’s iNovah Payment Credit and Debit System (IPCS).
• Provide application support for IPCS and ensure it is operational during business hours
• Monitor IPCS by regular review of system health indicators, reports from the mainframe interface system (STARS) and IPCS system dashboard and reports.
• Note problems and identify performance trends. Where approved, take correction action to improve performances and circumvent problems from arising.
• Provide Level 2 Help Desk Technical Leadership and support
• Receive, log and fully document requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff and/or users; investigate problems and other requests for support and determine appropriate actions to take
• •Monitor progress of requests for support through resolution and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed
• Escalate defects, systems and network issues to appropriate resources
• Escalate 3rd party software and hardware issues to vendors, insuring proper attention is given to the issue depending on severity
• Provide Technical Support and leadership for Change and Release Management
• Provide monthly updates and communication with the vendor, the management team, and development teams on all changes, patches, fixes and outstanding issues.

• Provide leadership and direct input to annual PCI Audits
• Reaffirm scope and maintain IPCS documentation related to PCI compliance
• Verify vendor and application compliance (PA DSS Compliance)
• Address questions regarding IPCS in assessor interviews
• Participate in PCI Risk Assessment
• Manage incidents identified by audit through resolution
• Participant in and provide input to reoccurring PCI Audits
• Manage remediation of issues identified by vulnerability assessments
• Manage remediation of issues identified by penetration tests
• Maintain IPCS documentation related to PCI compliance
• Become an expert on the use of all aspects of the system as a subject matter expert.
• Provide updates and communication to users, the management team, and development teams on all application/system issues
• Coordinate production emergencies with internal experts and key stakeholders
• Establish strong relationships and collaborate with the development teams, system administrators, network administrators, users and vendor
• Defines and documents customer business functions and processes.
