Les Clarisses Hotel Boutique de Vic ens trobem en la cerca d´un Recepcionista per unir-se al nostre equip i oferir una experiència excepcional als nostres hostes. El candidat ideal serà una persona organitzada, amb habilitats d´ atenció al client i bona presència.

Responsabilitats:

Rebre els hostes amb amabilitat i professionalitat durant la seva arribada i a la sortida.

Gestionar el check-in i check-out de manera eficient.

Respondre a consultes dels hostes en persona, per telèfon o correu electrònic.

Introduir les reserves en el programa de gestió de l´ hotel

Coordinar amb altres departaments (neteja, manteniment, etc.) per garantir la satisfacció dels clients.

Processar pagaments i mantenir registres precisos de facturació.

Resoldre problemes o queixes dels hostes de manera ràpida i efectiva.

Informar correctament al Client sobre serveis de l´ hotel i locals.
