The Leisure Travel Consultant and Branch Coordinator contributes to the growth of leisure travel sales while ensuring the smooth coordination of day‑to‑day branch operations. The person in this role acts both as a travel advisor for customers and as a key point of contact for branch organization and operational consistency.
Responsibilities
• Advise customers on leisure travel options offered by our partners and recommend solutions tailored to their needs and preferences;
• Develop new business opportunities, actively network, and build a loyal and recurring client base;
• Meet established monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets;
• Quickly determine specific customer needs and source solutions using all tools available;
• Sell travel packages across all product categories, including complex itineraries, using various booking platforms such as Apollo and Sirev;
• Prepare and manage the branch work schedule and support daily operational planning;
• Ensure daily banking activities and Moneris reconciliations are completed accurately;
• Act as the main liaison between the branch, the shopping mall, facilities services, and management for operational matters;
• Be alert to changing travel trends and evolving customer expectations, adapting services when required;
• Support overall branch organization and operational consistency.
 
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience within a retail environment with the ability to consistently meet sales targets;
• Strong sales, prospecting, and relationship‑building skills;
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused, energetic approach;
• Experience leveraging social media and learning new software quickly;
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required (trade shows, conventions, business events).
