• Lead busy diaries and meeting coordination, prioritising competing demands and organising meeting logistics, VC/tech requirements, catering and bookings.

• Coordinate document production through the Service Delivery Centre, raising and tracking ServiceNow requests and ensuring outputs meet PwC brand standards.

• Support practice management tasks such as WIP monitoring, billing sheet preparation, invoicing coordination and creation (including complex partner ledgers) and debtor follow-up

• Assist with client onboarding processes in Salesforce, including new client setup, opportunities and risk management requirements

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills - able to manage competing deadlines, shift gears when priorities change, and keep things moving.

• Clear, respectful communication (written and verbal) and the ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels.
