Impact Statement
The Legal PMO supports and enables the successful delivery of key initiatives across the Legal department. The team drives the legal technology strategy, manages the legal project portfolio, and executes technology implementations supporting legal advisory, litigation, and other enterprise legal functions. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact through hands‑on collaboration with Project Managers and vendor partners, contributing to the delivery of high‑profile solutions used across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
• Partner with members of our team and diverse stakeholders to support delivery of projects and programs aligned to Legal strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project planning and strategy sessions; support development and maintenance of project plans in MS Project.
• Coordinate project-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, minute-taking, and stakeholder communications on status and progress.
• Maintain organized project documentation in accordance with Legal PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.
• Support key phases of the project lifecycle, including execution of testing scripts, test results reporting, and development of training materials to support project rollout.
• Develop communications on behalf of the PMO and Project Managers for internal stakeholders and external vendors, as needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of PMO best practices, including process standardization, tool enhancements, and template development.
Required Skills or Certifications
• Organizational skills – Ability to keep track of to do’s and follow through independently; multitasking skills to balance multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines.
• Communication skills – Ability to write and speak effectively with varying levels of the organization; desire to work within a collaborative team environment.
• Judgement skills – Ability to come to conclusions, make effective decisions, escalate issues and questions as appropriate.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills – Apply logical and critical thinking, ability to work with data and recognize patterns, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
• Technical skills – Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint and Teams a plus. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., creating/working with pivot tables, v-look-ups and charts) and PowerPoint skills (developing effective presentations) preferred.

Working as a Project Analyst Co‑Op provides exposure to the project management profession within the legal technology space. This role offers hands‑on experience across projects, programs, and portfolio delivery, with direct mentorship from Project Managers and members of our Legal team. The successful candidate will develop a strong foundation in technology project execution and the mechanics that drive successful delivery, preparing them for future front‑line project roles.

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
