We are looking for a Legal Officer in Sofia to join our Global Legal team and help us grow.

What you’ll do

• Tackle complex commercial challenges across international jurisdictions in the fast-paced world of global financial investment services

• Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice that focuses on enabling the business rather than just highlighting blockers

• Take ownership of diverse legal projects across the Group

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market and support the operational side of a high-growth fintech

What you need to have

• Strong academics: undergraduate law degree with a genuine passion for the law and, crucially, its practical application in a modern business context

• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role, with a solid grounding in general commercial law (Fintech experience is great, but a strong generalist mindset is key)

• A commercial mindset: you have the ability to navigate legal grey areas and find viable paths forward to help the business meet its objectives

• Be a self-starter with a strong drive to deliver complete end results with unwavering attention to detail

• Hands-on, curious approach to stay ahead of the ever-changing legal landscape

Nice to have

• English language skills

• Experience working in an international environment

• Familiarity or past experience with the tech or financial services landscape
