Your Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Manager with experience with financial institutions and cryptocurrency companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

Who You Are

• More than 4 years of experience in Regulatory Solutions, Corporate Law & Business Negotiations in the financial industry

• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance within cryptocurrency, fintech, and payments sectors across several jurisdictions

• Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and institutional client documentation

• Track record of building and maintaining legal frameworks supporting product development from ideation through execution, including IP protection, regulatory approvals, and risk assessments

• Experience implementing standardized workflows for tracking legal deliverables, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies

• Familiarity with legal documentation and project management platforms to centralize and organize legal materials

• Proven track record presenting legal risks, compliance status, and strategic recommendations to C-level executives and business unit leaders

• Demonstrated ability to serve as an embedded legal partner within cross-functional product teams, balancing innovation with risk mitigation

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize high-impact legal matters under tight deadlines while managing competing demands

What You Will Do

• Regulatory Compliance & Strategy. Oversee compliance with evolving regulatory requirements in Latin America, with particular focus on cryptocurrency, fintech, and payments sectors. Monitor regulatory developments, assess potential impacts on business products, and communicate risks to stakeholders while developing proactive compliance strategies.

• Product Development Legal Support. Serve as the primary legal partner to business and product teams throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation to execution—providing guidance on agreements, regulatory approvals, and risk assessments. Ensure business objectives align with legal risk mitigation strategies.

• Agreements & Document Management. Create, manage, and maintain all legal agreements and documentation related to business products, partnerships, product features, and institutional clients. Standardize and automate workflows for tracking legal deliverables, deadlines, negotiations, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership. Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders using collaboration tools, lead workshops to align legal and business strategies, and mentor junior legal associates in navigating complex legal challenges while upholding company values and policies.
