This is a 12 week internship program beginning on May 26th 2026 or June 22nd 2026

Location: Onsite (5 days a week) at Headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA

What You'll Do:

• Assist in researching and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda

• Help with reviewing and summarizing contracts, vendor agreements, and employee-related documents

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and procurement, on legal issues impacting business operations

• Assist in maintaining legal files, databases, and records

• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and assist in offering legal guidance on day-to-day matters

• Support with other ad hoc legal projects, as needed

Your Toolkit:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw actionable insights

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Excellent communication skills

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while taking ownership of initiatives
