Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal team full- or part-time. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support paralegal and legal operations functions across a broad range of activities within a fast-paced, global legal environment. Working closely with the Head of Legal, you will contribute to day-to-day legal operations, help establish and maintain legal processes, and assist in drafting and reviewing legal and commercial documents.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad legal and commercial exposure and directly contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge AI company.
Key responsibilities:
Paralegal Support
• Assist in the preparation and review of NDAs, contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, governance and compliance matters.
• Support the maintenance of corporate records and company secretarial documentation.
Legal Operations
• Assist in establishing legal processes, including document repositories and intranet pages (e.g., SharePoint).
• Collaborate in standardizing legal templates/commercial contracts.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Interest for in-house legal practice, commercial, corporate, and/or legal tech.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
Location
This is an on-site/hybrid position, based in one of our Axelera AI offices: Florence in Italy, Amsterdam or Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Paris in France, or Bristol in the United Kingdom.
