Legal Document Specialist | Career Growth in the Legal Industry
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $15.00/hour

Our clients rely on us for precision. In this role, you take ownership of the document lifecycle. You will be responsible for preparing, filing, and organizing the paperwork that drives our business. You are the key to resolving documentation issues and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll do daily:

Court Document Logistics: Prepare, review, and print essential legal documents for court filing.
•
Workflow Management: Process incoming documents from courts and process servers with speed and precision.
•
Organization: Manage the lifecycle of warrants—from pulling and storing to ensuring they reach the courtroom.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve filing issues to keep our legal processes moving forward.
•
Administrative Support: High-volume scanning, filing, mail processing, and data entry.
What We're Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
•
Experience: Previous experience in office admin or a legal setting is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right drive.

Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and the ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of paperwork.
