This position will be supporting our client in  Merrifield, Va

Candidate must be able to obtain Sensitive clearance prior to start.

The candidate will be supporting the ICP (Information Catalog Program)which serves as the eDiscovery unit for the client, General Counsel, Office of the Inspector General, Postal Inspection Service, FOIA Office and other entities through the retrieval, preservation, and delivery of pertinent electronically stored information.

The contractor will perform the duties under the direct supervision of a Program Manager. They are to include: • Maintain the ICP Mailbox - print out email requests/cases. • Create folders upon receiving email requests/cases and documents from either the Attorneys, Office of Inspection General, Inspection Service and PCES Manager. • Log requests/cases onto a spreadsheet to keep track of status and also update it when needed. • In PCTS (time tracking system) create a Task name / number to track and enter time spent creating and processing requests/cases for monthly reports. • Provide electronic information (emails, internet usage, data and telephone records) by using archiving systems when requested by the USPS Attorneys, Office of Inspection General, Inspection Service and PCES Manager. • Create a case manifest to track and enter activities into a customized tracking system for monthly reports. • Analysis of electronic data, related metrics for requests by Attorneys, OIG, and Managers. • Occasionally performs other job-related tasks in support of primary duties. • Self-directed and self motivated with ability to out tasks with minimal guidance.
