Almedia is scaling at breakneck speed, and our legal engine needs to keep pace. You’ll partner directly with our General Counsel to transition from a solo setup to a powerhouse team, navigating new markets and features in real-time. We don’t do 10-page memos here—we do pragmatic, high-speed law that protects the business without slowing it down, while helping us scale with strong legal risk management.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Build the commercial contract framework that enables our expansion into new global territories.

• Deliver actionable advice on product features, privacy, and employment law to keep our growth compliant but unblocked.

• Execute across a broad generalist scope, owning everything from high-stakes partner agreements to corporate secretarial tasks.

What You’ll Bring 💡

• Legal experience, within a fast-paced startup or SME environment.

• Legal Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a rock-solid foundation in commercial and contract law.

• Market Literacy: Proven ability to navigate commercial landscapes and international growth.

Bonus

• Fluency in German.

• Prior experience handling privacy topics and working in startup or scale-up environments.
