Legal Consultant - Cloud / SaaS

Currently, we are seeking Legal Consultants with Cloud/ SaaS experience to provide long term / ongoing support to our Fortune 200 client:

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex cloud / SaaS agreements

• Provide core support on enterprise negotiations

• Provide practical legal advice to sales, product, engineering, and security teams on go‑to‑market, cloud security matters, etc.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 8 PQE, experienced in cloud or SaaS / enterprise technology transactions

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to handle complex, time‑sensitive deals and balance legal risk with business needs

• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks / data protection standards is an asset but not essential
