• Location: Hybrid working from Plymouth

• Working Pattern: Full time - fixed term for 9 months

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

• Be a part of the Cashier team whose objective is to assist the Firm in reaching its strategic goals.

• Process financial data to cover all operational areas including client account management, daily processing of payments and receipts, bank reconciliations, workflow payment runs, and account reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance/adherence with Solicitors Accounts Rules.

• Produce work which is accurate and of high quality.

• Be adaptable to support within the wider Accounts team when assistance is needed at peak times.

• *Be available for a fixed term contract of 9 x months

• Legal Cashiering experience.

• Experience of bank reconciliations.

• Confident IT skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Confident, professional communication skills.

• The flexibility to operate within and alongside other internal areas of a Finance department.

• The ability to tackle challenges in a logical, step by step way.

• An expert eye for detail to ensure accuracy at every step of a process.

• The ability to express complex ideas and information using appropriate styles and approaches for different audiences.

• A desire to work well in a supportive team environment.

• And a shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
