Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with an excellent command of English, minimal accent, and strong above-average written communication skills. This role involves direct client-facing interactions, requiring confidence in communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. Candidates should have exposure to personal injury cases, the ability to review AI output for accuracy, and produce quality work. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Case Management:
• Organize and maintain case files accurately and completely.
• Track case progress and deadlines using case management software.
• Client Communication:
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
• Gather necessary documentation and information from clients promptly.
• Documentation & Filing:
• Prepare and file legal documents, including demand letters, medical record requests, and settlement packages.
• Ensure compliance with court requirements and firm standards.
• Coordination:
• Liaise with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain records and negotiate settlements.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and scheduling.
• Data Entry & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
• Generate reports on case status and performance metrics as needed.
Skills & Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury or litigation support.
• Proficiency in case management software (e.g., Needles, Filevine, Clio).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Other Requirements:
• Understanding of personal injury processes and terminology.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
