Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Legal Case Manager to help keep cases structured, documented, and progressing efficiently. This role supports attorneys and legal teams by maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, organizing discovery, and coordinating with third parties involved in the case.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in legal case management systems. This position plays an important role in ensuring cases remain organized and move forward on schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update case files in legal case management systems such as Clio, Filevine, MyCase, or PracticePanther
• Track critical deadlines, court dates, and statute limitations to ensure compliance
• Order and track medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Organize discovery materials, evidence, and case documentation
• Maintain accurate case notes and case timelines
• Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and other third parties involved in the case
• Ensure case documentation is properly stored and accessible for attorneys
• Assist attorneys and legal staff with case organization and preparation
Requirements:
• Prior experience in legal case management, litigation support, or paralegal support
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with legal case management systems (Clio, Filevine, MyCase, PracticePanther, or similar platforms)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• High attention to detail when handling legal documentation and deadlines
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining structured processes
• Comfortable handling confidential legal information
• Familiarity with discovery organization and evidence management
• Experience supporting personal injury or litigation-based law firms preferred
• Experience coordinating with medical providers, experts, or investigators preferred
