We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our London team, supporting Partners in a busy and fast-paced environment.
This is a varied and hands-on role, suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of work.
The Role
• Supporting Partners across a range of legal matters and managing key deadlines
• Maintaining case management and time recording systems, databases, and document records
• Formatting, proofreading, and producing high-quality documents
• Preparing bundles, presentations, and supporting materials
• Managing diaries, meetings, and inboxes
• Coordinating travel and logistics
• Liaising with internal teams including IT, Finance, and Operations
• Assisting with cost tracking and general administrative processes
• Providing wider administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
About You
• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within a UK law firm (essential)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Able to work full-time in our London office (five days per week)
