Purpose of Role/Summary:
The In-House Legal Advisor will provide legal advice and support across multiple jurisdictions in relation to INGOT’s operations, primarily within the Financial Brokerage sector. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable EU and non-EU regulatory frameworks, mitigating legal risk, and supporting the company’s business activities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Manage all legal documentation, including but not limited to service agreements, payment solutions agreements, white label agreements, NDAs, SPAs, appendices/addendums, authorization and confirmation letters
Review, amend, and negotiate agreements with service providers, PSPs, liquidity providers, landlords, and client account providers
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on matters such as regulatory requirements, market entry into new jurisdictions, due diligence on individuals and entities, and cross-border legal considerations
Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures, including the Internal Operations Manual (IOM), Liquidity Provider Selection Procedure, Market Abuse Procedure, Best Execution Monitoring Procedure, and Order Execution Policy
Review and approve marketing and promotional materials to ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Prepare legal and compliance-related training materials and deliver training sessions to employees on HR-related and commercial contractual matters
Manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters, including coordination with external legal advisors, handling enforcement actions, and supporting crisis management activities
Liaise with external stakeholders such as regulators, external counsel, public authorities, embassies, and business counterparties
Support and assist in complex legal matters involving multiple entities and stakeholders across jurisdictions
Perform any other duties related to the role, while upholding the company’s values of Ethics, Commitment, and Innovation
Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in law from accredited university (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Master’s degree in law is a plus
Admitted to relevant Bar Association
3-5 years 3–5 years of relevant legal experience
Prior experience in the Financial Brokerage sector is considered a strong advantage
Any relevant certificates or qualifications required: Background in Financial Brokerage Sector is a plus
Fluent in English and Arabic – Knowledge of any other languages a plus

Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday / 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
