Legal Advisor - Cyprus

XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team of experts in Cyprus, Limassol.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day legal matters, including agreements, corporate administration, licensing support, and corporate restructurings/liquidations.

Liaise with regulators, service providers, and external counsel in relation to licensing and regulatory projects.

Assist with onboarding and due diligence of vendors, partners, and service providers.

Monitor and provide feedback on new circulars, directives, laws, and regulatory updates relevant to the business.

Draft, modify, and implement the company's policies, procedures, and handbooks.

Review, negotiate, and amend various commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, addendums, termination agreements, etc.).

Archive and keep relevant records/registries of basic legal documents and correspondence. 

Requirements: 

University degree in Law, Finance or a related field.

Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

Previous experience within a regulated financial services environment (CFD/FX/Crypto/Fintech) will be considered a strong advantage.

IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.

Problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.

Attention to detail and quality of work.

Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Clear and effective communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.
