Role Overview
We are seeking a structured, proactive and detail-oriented legal professional to support the Company’s corporate, governance and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is suited to a legal profile with 3 to 5 years of experience, who is comfortable working in an international environment, managing corporate documentation, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with external legal advisors. The position requires autonomy, strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to legal administration and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial
Manage and maintain corporate documentation of group entities, including deeds, powers of attorney and corporate books.
Support the organisation of Board of Directors meetings, prepare documentation and minutes, and act as Secretary to the Board when required.
Ensure proper corporate housekeeping and orderly management of company records across jurisdictions.
Coordinate with notaries, registries and public authorities in relation to corporate matters.
Contract Review & Legal Documentation
Review, organise and monitor commercial contracts and other legal documentation.
Support internal stakeholders in the preparation and tracking of contractual documentation.
Maintain structured contract archives, both physical and digital.
Compliance & Governance
Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance and governance frameworks.
Assist in ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential compliance risks and escalate matters where appropriate.
Collaborate with external advisors on regulatory and corporate matters in different countries.
Legal Administration & Coordination
Act as liaison between internal departments and external law firms.
Interact with international legal advisors to ensure consistency and timely follow-up of matters.
Support the improvement and digitalisation of legal and document management processes.
Requirements
Degree in Law or equivalent legal education.
3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate legal, governance or paralegal role.
Solid understanding of corporate documentation, powers of attorney and notarial procedures.
Experience reviewing contracts and managing legal documentation.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
Professional level of Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
