Legal Administrative Assistant
Location: Naples, Florida
Firm: Musca Law, P.A.
Position Summary
Musca Law, P.A. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Naples office. This position is ideal for a professional who is organized, dependable, and eager to begin a career in a fast-paced legal environment. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential clerical and administrative support to attorneys and staff while ensuring a high level of professionalism and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments, meetings, and court-related deadlines
Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files
Scan, upload, and manage documents within the firm’s case management system
Assist with drafting routine correspondence and internal documents
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Maintain office organization, supplies, and common areas
Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
Closing client files
Assisting with Trust matters
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn legal software and office systems quickly
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
