Job Description
The Opportunity
Euna Solutions is navigating a multi-year transition of our legacy grants management platform, Euna Grants Powered by eCivis, to our go-forward platform, Euna Grants Powered by AmpliFund. This is more than a system migration — it’s a high-visibility transformation for state agencies and large public-sector organizations that depend on us every day.
We’re looking for a Legacy Program Manager, Grants to own the operational health, risk posture, and governance model of our legacy grants portfolio during this transition. You’ll protect continuity, stabilize operations, and ensure clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
If you thrive in complex environments, know how to bring order to cross-functional chaos, and can balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategy, this is your lane.
The Role
As the Legacy Program Manager, Grants, you serve as the operational steward and risk owner for Euna Grants Powered by eCivis while supporting the structured migration to AmpliFund.
You’ll sit within Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) and act as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Implementation, and Migration teams. Your job: keep legacy operations stable, visible, and accountable — and ensure migration planning happens with discipline and clarity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Program Stewardship & Governance
Own end-to-end oversight of legacy Grants operations, including client health, system performance, incident management, and contractual obligations
Establish and lead a recurring governance cadence focused on risk, backlog visibility, and migration readiness
Maintain living documentation: risk registers, dependency maps, technical constraints, and investment tracking
Drive data-informed decisions aligned to client dependency, regulatory exposure, and migration sequencing
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align Product, Engineering, Support Services, Customer Success, and Implementation around operational priorities
Partner with the Legacy Grants Product Owner to manage backlog prioritization and defect resolution
Track client readiness and sequencing in partnership with Migration and Implementation teams
Serve as ECP’s escalation point for stabilization initiatives and decommissioning planning
Client Experience & Communication
Oversee lifecycle communications related to legacy platform positioning and migration milestones
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure consistent, proactive client messaging
Manage structured escalation pathways and transparent issue resolution
Support client-facing enablement materials that reinforce confidence during transition
Risk Ownership & Reporting
Maintain a live risk register across technical, operational, and contractual domains
Produce executive dashboards on platform health, client risk, and migration velocity
Deliver structured analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
Represent ECP in audits, reviews, or client inquiries tied to business continuity or compliance
The Ideal Candidate
You bring structure to ambiguity. You can zoom into operational detail without losing sight of enterprise strategy. You know how to lead through influence, especially in matrixed environments.
You’re comfortable holding the risk lens. You don’t wait for problems to escalate — you surface them early, frame options clearly, and push decisions forward.
You understand that in GovTech, continuity isn’t optional. It’s foundational.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
5+ years in SaaS program management, enterprise operations, or customer success
Demonstrated success managing complex programs involving legacy systems or platform migrations
Experience working with public sector organizations or large government entities
Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycles, operational risk management, and enterprise client engagement
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Direct experience with eCivis, AmpliFund, or similar public-sector grants management platforms
Experience supporting state agencies or large public-sector grant administrators
Background designing governance frameworks and executive reporting models
Familiarity with public sector procurement processes
