What You’ll Do

As our Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the heart of the community experience:

Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey

Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality

Use strong sales techniques to meet—and sleigh—your leasing goals

Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects

Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks

Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models

Our Leasing Specialist will work on-site at a beautiful apartment community.

Schedules may include weekends, with flexibility as needed

Physical Requirements

You should be comfortable walking the community, lifting up to 25 lbs. and keeping the property looking tour ready.
