Key Responsibilities
Building Collective brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positive.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Achieving rental and renewal monthly goals.
Marketing and sales to include personalized tours which result in new leases (sales aptitude).
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners.
Treat everyone fair and consistently by following all fair housing laws.
Ensuring the property’s interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearance.
Coaching mentoring and inspiring team members.
Leading by example through our Collective core values of integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
Qualifications
1-2 years of property management/sales experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
