Job Description
• Monitor lease expirations and proactively manage new lease, renewals or relocations.
• Assist with onboarding of new retail locations, including administrative handovers and fit-out coordination.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the leasing process.
• Support store rollout projects by coordinating handovers and fit-out timelines.
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and internal teams regarding administrative matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth lease execution.
• Support the Leasing Manager in preparing reports, forecasts, and documentation for management.
• Track rental payments, invoices, and other lease-related financial records
• Serve as a point of contact for operational or administrative queries regarding retail sites.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or commercial real estate.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail leasing contracts, rental structures, and commercial regulations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Passion for beauty, retail, and brand experience is a plus.
