About the role: 
The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience at our rental inspections and providing support to our broader Property Management Team.   You will also play a key role in shaping and adapting how we better deliver a value-added support function to our dynamic team and clients alike. 

Your responsibilities: 

Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants - must be available to work on Saturday's 

Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 

Assist potential tenants in completing rental applications and lease agreements 

Conduct thorough background checks and verify application information 

Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure landlord and tenant satisfaction 

Collaborate and support the Property Management team 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience 

Real Estate qualification is essential 

Current Driver's license and car 

Outstanding polished and professional communication skill 

A team player that demonstrates initiative  

Possesses and a can do attitude and a warm, friendly and professional manner 

Positive and an enthusiastic attitude
