Key Responsibilities

Lease apartment homes to students and achieve monthly leasing goals

Conduct in-person and virtual apartment tours

Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and text to close leases

Maintain accurate prospect data in Entrata or property management systems

Support marketing initiatives and campus outreach efforts

Assist with renewals, move-ins, and resident events

Maintain leasing office and model apartment standards

Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and parents

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in apartment leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management

Strong communication and closing skills

Comfortable working weekends during peak leasing season

Goal-oriented and performance-driven

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent required
