Lease Administrator

[solidcore] is looking for a Lease Administrator to join our team. Our ideal team member has a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external parties. The Lease Administrator should be located in vibrant Arlington, VA. This position reports directly to the Associate General Counsel - Real Estate, and is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Reviewing, analysing, and accurately abstracting new lease agreements, amendments, and renewals into Occupier or similar lease administration software.

• Reviewing ancillary lease documents (SNDAs, estoppels, etc.) for accuracy and consistency with primary lease terms.

• Creating detailed summaries of key lease terms including rent amounts, commencement dates, renewal options, tenant improvement allowances, and critical dates.

• Distributing in a timely manner finalized lease information and documentation to appropriate parties.

• Responding to inquiries regarding lease details, billing questions, and resolving issues related to lease terms.

• Communicating directly with studio teams to ensure awareness of lease obligations, upcoming critical dates, and compliance requirements.

• Preparing and submitting gross sales reports in accordance with lease requirements and applicable deadlines.

• Proficiency with property management software and database systems.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leases and deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with landlords and internal stakeholders.

• Competitive salary range of $70,000–$80,000 per year based on experience
