As part of Groupe BPCE’s international division, Natixis in Portugal designs and delivers solutions for its two core areas – Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management – as well as transversal services that support all entities across the Group.

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Learning & Talent Management Team Leader to join its Human Resources department within the Support Functions area.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with the objectives of the Learning and Talent Management team, in alignment with company and HR global objectives.
• Coordinates the activities of the Learning and Talent Management team, ensuring the planning and execution of initiatives related to training programs, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Contributes with operational expertise in Learning & Development and Talent Management to improve proposed solutions and ensure their cohesion, while actively working on developing the team's know-how and best practices in these areas.
• Contributes strategically to the development and implementation of robust Learning and Talent Management frameworks, procedures, and tools, supporting effective people development and management, career development and employee experience initiatives.
• Provides Management with regular qualitative and quantitative updates on team performance, L&D programs and Talent Management initiatives effectiveness through periodic reports, adhering to established reporting guidelines.
• Represents the L&D and Talent Management areas in internal and external meetings, developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with HR Business Partners, business unit leaders, employees, and external providers.
• Actively participates in continuous improvement programs and projects within L&D and Talent Management, identifying and proposing actions to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and quality of learning and talent development processes.
• Fosters team cohesion, monitors performance, and provides coaching and on-the-job training to enhance individual and collective effectiveness and motivation.
• Manages HR-related tasks for the Learning and Talent Management team, including vacation planning, absence tracking, and other administrative duties, while also actively participating in the recruitment, talent management and Annual Compensation Review exercise of the respective team.
• Previous experience in strategic HR roles (e.g., Talent, L&D; HRBP) is mandatory.
• Master Degree / Specialized Technical Training.
• Constant certifications/training in HR area.
• English fluency is mandatory and a good level of French will be a plus.
