Your tasks would include:
· Assissting in planning, creating and implementing each year's training courses and materials for corporate training
· Working with our Learning Management System to maintain the learning catalog and manage the registration and participation process
· Ensuring data quality for accurate reporting
· Actively following up on the evaluation process of the learning activities
· Managing all internal invoicing and vendor invoices
· Handling Learning & Development inquiries and communicate with all Academy participants
· Supporting the creation of e-learnings
· Operational and administrative tasks are part of your role
Your Profile / Qualifications
· Vocational training in business administration or Degree (Bachelor) in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
· You are open-minded, motivated and want to gain practical experience
· You demonstrate a high degree of independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
· You have a precise, independent, and proactive working style with high quality standards
· Ideally, you already have some experience in Learning & Development
· Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for working with systems (Learning Management System, Ticketing System, Articulate)
· Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
