💡 Your Mission: Build the learning and technology adoption system that powers voize

As the Learning Experience Programs Owner at voize, you will design and own a unified learning and enablement system that helps every audience — customers, partners, and internal teams — succeed with voize. You’ll develop the strategy, architecture, and processes that make technology adoption seamless and measurable. This role combines strategic program ownership, system design, and operations — ideal for someone who can connect adoption goals with business outcomes and build a scalable education ecosystem that drives impact across the entire user journey.

🚀 Your Daily Business — No two days are alike

• Own the Strategy: Define and execute voize’s education vision for customers, partners, and internal teams — aligning learning and adoption initiatives with business and product goals.

• Build the System: Develop a unified, scalable, mobile-first learning architecture, implement tools (LMS, analytics, playbooks), and establish consistent enablement processes across audiences.

• Drive Enablement: Design and manage programs that accelerate technology adoption, customer onboarding, and partner performance — ensuring a cohesive journey for all users.

• Operationalize Learning: Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and use data to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business outcomes.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Success, Sales, and especially the Customer Onboarding experts to streamline approaches and build consistency across touchpoints — with the potential to grow the education function in 2026.

• Engage in the Field: Conduct user research, facilitate feedback loops, and lead high-impact training sessions across Germany (4–6x/month travel).

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or customer enablement, ideally within a SaaS or consulting context.

• Proven track record of building or scaling education or technology adoption systems that align with business objectives.

• Strong analytical and operational mindset, with experience using data to measure adoption and program success.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and systems-thinking skills.

• Fluent in German (C2+) and English (C1+), capable of engaging with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
