These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.

As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

• 依據年度訓練計畫，規劃並執行各項訓練活動，並確保專案如期如質完成（含課程企劃、講師協作、活動執行與成效追蹤）。

• 運用多元數位科技，持續優化課程設計與學習體驗，提升學習參與度與成效。

• 協助規劃及執行雇主品牌相關內外部活動專案。

• 進行訓練相關資料整理與數據分析，並製作各類訓練報表。

• 依教育訓練品質管理制度執行課務行政、訓練紀錄維護，並完成主管交辦事項。

條件要求

• 工作經歷：3–5 年訓練相關

• 學歷要求：大學、碩士

• 科系要求：人力資源、其他教育、管理、資訊相關

其他條件

• 良好的團隊合作與溝通表達能力

• 邏輯思考能力及問題解決能力

• 資料整理與分析能力
